TEMPORARY/FULL-TIME: Wonderful opportunity with a federal government agency for an employment law litigator! A federal agency in the Washington, DC area has a temporary opening for an experienced attorney in the area of federal government employment law. The attorney must have at least ten years of experience litigating cases involving federal government employment law issues and some of this experience must be before the MSPB. This is a three month period to begin later this summer and may be continued for up to a year. Work must be done on-site.
This is ideal for a retired federal government attorney who wants to supplement his/her income or an attorney in the private sector who has represented federal government employees and wants direct federal government agency experience.
