TEMPORARY/PART-TIME: Respected law firm in the Princeton, NJ area has an immediate need for a NJ-Licensed attorney with at least 2 years in practice, to handle work involving NJ Municipal matters: statutes, claims and contracts. ("Municipal Matters" in this posting refers to Municipal LAW, _NOT_"Municipal Court.")
The assignment will also likely involve some litigation SUPPORT work, i.e., desk work, NOT courtroom work. If you are at LEAST 2 years in practice (targeting 2-4 years) with this type of experience, please contact us and send us your resume and your cover letter.
Our client would also like the candidate presented to have some real estate law experience.
Please note that our client will readily consider a PARALEGAL for this opening, as well, so paralegals with the above experience and who have earned an ABA accredited paralegal degree or certification are encouraged to apply.
Your cover letter MUST contain: 1/ your availability to interview and start; 2/ your target hourly rate, which should be in line with the level of experience sought, i.e., modest, and; 3/ what duration you believe you can commit to in this open-ended assignment.
Part-Time here means the client has estimated the need to be around 10 hours a week, or, approximately 500 hours for a year.
