TEMPORARY CONTRACTS ATTORNEY POSITION
This position will be two months and possibly longer, beginning immediately. A Philadelphia organization is seeking an attorney to assist on a three-day remote, with a possible additional two-days if local, basis. The attorney will be responsible for day-to-day legal matters including, but not limited to review, drafting and editing of contracts.
KEY JOB COMPONENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Must have an active law license and be in good-standing. Must also have NO disciplinary history in ANY jurisdiction.
- 5+ years minimum RELEVANT experience in a corporate law department with federal government regulatory knowledge a plus.
