Commercial Contracts Attorney (Temp/PT)
Cherry Hill, NJ Vicinity, NJ
NJ031320: Temp/PT Commercial Contracts Attorney – Our client, a manufacturing concern in Burlington County, NJ, has a need for a temporary part-time attorney, preferably a junior attorney with between 5-7 years of experience in commercial contracts.
Someone with a few years’ experience could fit the profile of the target person needed, as most of the work is not especially complex. It is anticipated that the selected candidate would draft, review and negotiate contracts, software licenses, equipment purchase and maintenance agreements, and supplier contracts; draft and negotiate non-disclosure agreements; and interpret existing contracts and advise on contract interpretation issues.
Anticipate about 20 - 25 hours a week, with other potential for the right candidate. May grow to more hours over time.
Our client believes that the work would begin in early April, and be an open-duration. Work would begin on-site, initially, until the candidate becomes familiar with our client’s company practices, and then the work should turn to remote after that. This is a nice-sized, very collegial law department.
Candidates should hold at least one state law license, active and in good-standing with no disciplinary history in any jurisdiction.
Interested and qualified candidates should send their resume to Elissa R. Outtrim, Esq. at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send your resume in Word format. You should include a cover note, indicating how you see yourself as a fit for this opening, stating your target hourly rate, and, your availability to interview and start.
