TEMPORARY (Long term)/FULL-TIME:  Unique opening with a federal government in Washington, DC!    The federal agency is considering bringing on a temporary attorney (resumes needed by December 10) for a year long temporary project, with possible renewal, to begin on March 1, 2019.    This is a wonderful opportunity for a retired federal agency attorney who wants to continue working or for a private sector attorney who has some direct federal agency experience but who wants to return to the federal government.    The qualifications required by the federal agency are:

1.  Must have worked at least five years in a general practice for a federal agency

2.  Must have experience with government contracts, employment & labor law, litigation, FOIA and Privacy Act

3.  Must have litigated before the MSPB, GAO and/or Federal Claims Court

4.  Must be able to work on site, approximately 40 hours per week.
