TEMPORARY/FULL-TIME: Immediate need for an experienced federal employee law attorney! A federal government agency in Washington, DC is looking for an attorney who has significant experience with federal employee relations laws pertaining to federal employees, specifically with the MSP laws and regulations. The attorney will be conducting interviews, drafting statements, gathering evidence, and evaluating documentary evidence. The agency is looking to this attorney for expert employee relations and legal advice dealing with high level employees. The attorney should also have experience preparing/litigating cases before the MSPB or federal courts. The work should last about 2 months and is about 40 hours per week. On-site work is required.
