TEMPORARY/FULL-TIME: Immediate need for an experienced federal employee law attorney!   A federal government agency in Washington, DC is looking for an attorney who has significant experience with federal labor relations laws pertaining to federal employees.  The attorney must  have experience preparing/litigating cases before the MSPB or federal courts.  The attorney will be conducting interviews,  drafting statements, gathering evidence, and evaluating documentary evidence.  The agency is looking to this attorney for expert employee relations and legal advice.   The work should last about 17 weeks and is about 40 hours per week.   On-site work is  required.

The government welcomes retired federal government attorneys who want to stay active in the practice of law and supplement their retirement income   This is also a wonderful opportunity for a parent who has previously worked for the government and who may now be looking to return to the workforce.
