Contracts Attorney - Vendor Supply Chain
REMOTE WORK, (none selected) US
TEMPORARY/PART-TIME: A world leader in early stage discovery science is looking for an attorney to assist on a part-time basis. The attorney will assist the General Counsel in handling supply chain vendor contracts
Experience needed and preferred:
Supply chain vendor contract review and negotiation
Background/experience with pharmaceutical industry helpful
Background/experience with academic medial centers very helpful, but not required
The General Counsel will assign and monitor the work but the attorney will be expected to review, draft and negotiate contracts that do not require GC level attention.
The work is expected to take about 10 hours per week and last through the end of December.
The work is remote but the client prefers someone local to the Philadelphia area if possible.
