Temp/PT: College/University AGC for several months.
Phila. Western Suburbs, PA
PH093020: Temp/PT: College/University AGC for several months. Small collegial school law department in suburban Philadelphia seeks an attorney, at least 5 years in practice, to undertake a VIRTUAL assignment for around a total of 4 months. The temp would come on board and overlap with the regular AGC at the beginning and at the end of the assignment period. The current AGC works on student discipline, HR, and vendor contracts so those would be the tasks for the temp attorney. Note that "Investigative work" is not expected nor anticipated. It would be a PLUS for candidates to come from a university or college background.
The anticipated start would be around the first or second week of February 2021. At that time the selected temp would work a few hours a week for a week or two during a transition period and then work up to around 20 hours a week for around 3 months once the current AGC leaves. Hours MAY in fact increase to more than 20 hours once the temp is the only AGC, but, that is yet-to-be-decided. Hours would then lesson incrementally during the regular AGC's return transition period.
