TEMPORARY GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS ATTORNEY
A Pennsylvania based corporation has an immediate need for a temporary attorney to assist with one specific project of reviewing a set of federal, state and local government contracts. This engagement will be 100% remote, involve 40 hours per week for at least one month.
KEY JOB COMPONENTS AND PREFERRED REQUISITES
1. Be able to work with a level of oversight provided, but be an independent thinker (e.g., know when to elevate questions and/or seek clarification).
2. Have a reasonable knowledge of government contracts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Must have an active law license and be in good-standing. Must also have NO disciplinary history in ANY jurisdiction.
- 5 years RELEVANT experience.
