Job Description

TEMP/PT: Transactional Contracts Attorney, Our client, a leader in its field, needs support with vendor and franchise contract review and negotiation. Franchise and corporate governance experience is mandatory. The client is in Pennsylvania but the work can be done remotely.

DETAILS:
- Start: asap.
- Temp/PT
- Duration: likely for six months, possible to end-of year.
- Law License: any US State law license will suffice but PA or NJ is preferred.
- Remote.
- Skills: specialize in review and negotiation of vendor contracts. Franchise and corporate governance experience is required. Must have business acumen and be able to go beyond basic red line contract review.
